For over two decades, I thrived in the corporate world, rising to leadership roles as CFO and then CEO by the age of 33. Throughout my career, one truth remained constant—people matter more than anything. I have always cared deeply about the well-being, growth, and fulfillment of those around me. I knew success alone wasn’t enough; I was meant for more. I felt a calling to serve in a way that would create lasting transformation in the lives of others.
