Meet Karen Waymouth, LIfe & Leadership Mindset Coach. Karen’s natural ability to adapt to change and connect with people on a holistic, compassionate and spiritual path has led her through many life experiences and meeting many people along the way. As an only child, Karen learned at a very young age to embrace change and transition, rely on imagination and intuition for growth, awareness and understanding others. Although some life experiences were difficult the outcomes led to greater gifts. A chance to raise her grandchildren and take care of her aging parents with multiple health issues. True testament of the ‘sandwich generation’. Karen is a natural leader with many opportunities in the corporate world and community to help others grow their level of awareness and potiential. Karen is passionate about coaching and lifelong learning. She is outgoing, genuine with a spirit that is loving, whole, creative and resourceful.

Her Approach: Empowering others to live their best life by understanding how their thoughts influence their life’s path and with the right mindset, awareness and faith their opportunities are endless.

Qualifications and Experience: Karen have worked in many levels of healthcare for 39 years with 16 yrs in leadership roles. She enjoys yoga and have 200 hours of teacher training. This has led her down a path of self discovery, spirituality, growth and understanding of the ‘Universal Laws.’ She believes as a lifelong learner, learning and growing awareness is endless. Karen have completed training in Interior Design, Home Staging, Coaching, Leadership, Self Discovery and Wine Tasting.
